Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rules for using trustbyteit.pl and the services provided electronically, in line with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
§1. Definitions
- Service Provider — TRUSTBYTE IT - KACPER WEŁNIŃSKI (Tax ID/NIP 5833549020, REGON 542826230), e-mail kacper.welninski@trustbyteit.pl, phone +48 536 158 309.
- Site — the website available at trustbyteit.pl.
- User — a person using the Site.
- Account — a User's individual profile allowing them to view request status.
- Request — a service case registered in the Site.
§2. Types and scope of services
The Service Provider provides the following services electronically:
- presenting information about the service offering,
- a contact form for sending an enquiry,
- running a client Account with a view of Request status and history.
§3. Technical requirements
Using the Site requires: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and — to create an Account — an active e-mail address.
§4. Account and User obligations
- Account registration is voluntary and free; it requires a full name, an e-mail address, and a password of at least 8 characters.
- The User must provide true data and must not share login credentials with third parties.
- Providing unlawful content or using the Site in a way that disrupts its operation is prohibited.
- The User may cancel the Account at any time by contacting the Service Provider by e-mail.
§5. Complaints
Complaints about electronically provided services can be sent to kacper.welninski@trustbyteit.pl. A complaint should include a description of the matter and contact details. The Service Provider will handle it within 14 days of receipt.
§6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for electronically provided services within 14 days without giving a reason, unless separate arrangements or the nature of the service provide otherwise. A withdrawal statement sent to the Service Provider's e-mail is sufficient.
§7. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
§8. Final provisions
- Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on providing services by electronic means.
- The Service Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons; changes take effect upon publication on the Site, and Account Users are notified in advance.
- Consumers may use out-of-court complaint resolution, including the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
